Normally we go from sample. We will build a sample once artwork confirm, then bulk production after sample approved.

Please kindly note, above is based on 100sets or pcs, and it may get a bit longer during busy season. Knit head cover please allow more time because of handmade.

Is there a charge to assist me with my artwork?


Answer

No.  We will never charge our clients for artwork.  We will also never charge for any digitizing charges (making your artwork correct for embroidery).  Our talented design team will provide a virtual proof with your logo before we move your product into production. We provide unlimited revisions until you are fully satisfied.

What artwork formats do you accept for my order?

Answer

We can accept anything: e-mailed art, faxed art, or mailed hard copy.  If you have PMS colors that should be matched with your artwork please specify PMS numbers.

Prefered Image Formats: .EPS, .AI, .CDR (Vector format with fonts converted to outlines or curves)

Adobe Acrobat (.pdf) Suggested preparation: Embed the fonts used or export as generic .eps

Adobe Illustrator (.ai, .eps) Suggested preparation: Convert text to outlines, embed any linked images and save as version 10 or lower

Corel Draw (.cdr) Suggested preparation: Convert text to curves

Microsoft Office Files (.doc, .ppt, .pub) Embed or include fonts

Bitmaps (Scans, faxes, web images – .jpg, .tif, .pcx, .gif, .png, .bmp) Send as is
